Thanks to an earmarked donation from Filomena Diaz Johnson
(Doggy Dude Ranch),  Zion Animal Lovers (Z.A.L.) has been granted 501(c)(3) status by the IRS.

This tax law provision grants exemption from the federal income tax to non-profit organizations and also entitles donors who make charitable contributions to Z.A.L. to deduct that contribution from their federal taxes.

That means it will be easy for each of us to continue to donate to keep Z.A.L. functional and growing!

Adopt one of our animals:

Pretty Boy - Needs a home.

We have adopted 8 dogs and 2 cats this year alone, but we still have one dog who needs a home: the darling American Staffordshire Terrier, Pretty Boy.


  
       
 

We are going to go to Trader Joe's July 23, 2008. If you need anything from there, we will pick it up for you for a $10 donation to Zion Animal Lovers.


(We will bring a bunch of coolers so we don't mind picking up cold/frozen foods.)
